Survey Report '86 SR 300 WE-NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just got a survey report on an '86 WE that I really wanted to buy, would really like your opinions before I get too deep in the hole!
1) Boat looks great-almost showroom.
2) Compression is good on both engines
3) Lots of little items cracked hoses, lights don't work, etc
4) 20%-24% moisture everywhere on boat except deck with 26% in engine compartment surveyor recommends coring, Area around horn is soft, stringers OK
5) Very heavy bottom coating "could be covering blisters" surveyor recommends removing coating and refinishing bottom
6) Stress cracks on exhaust outlets
7) Contract is for almost 20% above NADA average retail

IS THIS A GO OR NO GO?:huh:

2) Great
3) Normal wear
4) Wait for better qualified persons to respond
5) Blisters more common in fresh water, not as much in salt, paint typically wont hide blisters
6) Fairly common, we have fixed ours many times, they just come back
7) Cant see paying above retail, considering hull issues. Renegotiate.

All sounds pretty typical for a 30yr old boat. What does the surveyor say?
