There are a few down in that area that I'm aware of. The owner of Hansen's Harbor Marina in Lake City is an accredited surveyor. Another person to try is Ted Gates of Image Charter & Yacht Services (ICYS) in Lake City. He is a broker but also owns a detailing business and knows a lot of people in the area. I'm sure he could give you some recommendations.
