Just picked up a 19 ft '87 Seville on a tandem trailer with surge drum brakes. The brake fluid is india ink balck. I presume it is discolored due to heat - am I right? If yes, I expect I need to replace the rubber parts and check the shoes. I have already read several posts on checking the actuator and ensuring that it moves easily. Any other suggestions?
