Mark, easy boy....First, you need to understand that your statement that this is "my boating site" is more than, a little off the mark. This is not your site, it is OUR site and it makes up a fine small armada that has a healthy mix of differing opinions. Just remember that when that day comes that you have lost power and the wind is blowing you toward the rocks, the guy that risks swinging in and throwing you a line will very likely be a guy that you don't agree with about social topics. It's just not important in the grand scheme of things. These same guys you find so offensive are the same ones that will give you tools and supplies out on the water without hesitation to get you home. When all else fails for you to embrace what we have here, just click on the avatar of an offensive member and click on "ignore". Sorry, you're just wrong. The capital police officer that dems claimed was hit in the head with a fire extinguisher and died from it was not hit at all. He died of natural causes (stroke) and it was not related to the 1/6 peaceful protest. Good try though. Just because it fits your narrative doesn't make it true. Now off the the Sport Boat section to answer boating questions.

What’s interesting is fake news throws that out there…. People believe it and never see the story that debunked it…. Probably because it was only told on Fox.

Well, I found it very odd that it was a US Christian funding site that offered to fund a Canadian vaccine protest by truckers. But some of the background information on the protestors shows that they are Christian fundamentalists too. At least they were not funded by foreign radical Islamists I guess. I don’t mean that in a racist way. Just an inflammatory comment. But hey, Christianity has a long history of crossing borders to spread the word. They probably believe they are going to save our pagan Canadian souls.

Some of the protestors were holding up the strangest signs with bible passages and syringe pictures. I am a Christian, but wow, talk about sheep. No wonder they send money wherever their “leaders” tell them to.
