My dealer had some customer made for me at a local upholstery shop. When I received them, I noticed that the vinyl was used on both sides of the pad, with gold type grommets to allow drainage. If you have them made, have the back covered with a mesh material. After several years on the boat, I noticed blisters on a few places where the pad didn't allow the fiberglass to dry.
The original pads that come from Sea Ray have a mesh back.
