Sundeck 240 Trailer Q

I have a 01 240 Sundeck. Anyone know the approximate wet weight full tank? With trailer? I believe dry weight is 4800 of the boat Also, does anyone suggest a hitch and ball type for pulling? Lbs pulling Rating etc. Help is appreciated.

It depends!

Type of trailer, engine, etc.

I use a rough est of 7500 full loaded for mine. IMHO - You would want some where around 10K for towing rating.

ps: You may want to update your signature with your boat info.

I think 7500lbs is a pretty good guestamate too. Keep in mind when you start adding anchors, coolers, people etc. the weight gets up there pretty quick.
