Hello Everyone!

:smt100 So I bought a 2005 Sundeck 240. I'm prepping for my maiden voyage, and checking everything out. Everything is working perfectly, except I'm not able to get the water pump to work - no sound, no click, etc; however, the light on the dashloard toggle switch goes on. Aside from a bad pump, my only idea is that the fuse is bad. I checked the owners manual, and it says that the fuse box is in the control station. Where's the control station (and thus the fuse block)?

Thank you,
Morgueman (Eric)

If it's anything like the 220 Sundeck, it's up underneath the backside of the helm panel. Open up the door where the cooler goes, stick your head in and look up.

Thanks pchansen! I've looked all over that compartment and didn't see anything, but I'll take another look. I did read an old post (from someone discussing a 2003 240 Sundeck) that indicated that I might find it behind a hinged helm panel held on by a couple of screws. I don't recall exactly what my helm panels look like, but I'll check it out tomorrow.

Found it with other's advice. It's in the compartment in front of the helm. You have to remove four screws that attach a panel covering all of the helm gauge wires. You can also identify it because it has a dome light attached. Take the panel off and there's the fuse block!

What type of fuses does it take? I need to purchase some.
