All,
Anyone have any idea how I am getting water in to these areas marked in red and blue on the attached photo. Seems to be associated with the massive rains that we have had here in the islands of Lake Erie in the last couple weeks. First, I was on the boat during one of the rains when the area in red became wet. That dried and before I could clean it we had another major rain during the week and when I came up for the weekend the area in blue was soaked. My biggest concern about that area in blue is that it was over a week since the rain and it was still wet. I mention this because I would think it would have dried in that time frame. So, I started thinking I might have two issues. I do leave the A/C running in dehumidifier mode all week while I'm not on the boat. Only throwing that out because I read something about the A/C not being able to drain and overflowing in to that area. But not sure if that applies to my 2006, 320 Sundancer. Any help on where to start looking would be great.

Lift the seat cusion directly behind the steps. If you find water in this compartment you likely have water coming in through the porthole in the head. It can leak between the hull and the fiberglass interior shell and will migrate there. The ac condesate is routed to your shower sump. there is a backup pump in this compartment. If the shower sump fails it will normally overflow and the backup will pump it overboard.

Thank you, I think I found it while washing the boat. There are 2 windows on the starboard side and one of them wasn't closing all the way because the nub on the bottom thumb lock was broke off. I swapped it with one with a nub. Water was definitely coming in that window. Just not sure how it got all the way in to the aft cabin floor. So maybe I have 2 problems.

I had the same issue with wet carpet on my 260. My window leaked after it rained. Changed out the gasket. It was hard and not sealing against the glass at the bottom. Tighten up the black levers and solved my problem.

Tim, thank you. That is comforting to know that is was the window for you so hope this solves my issue too.
