Hi all, apologies if this question has been raised before but I did a search and couldn't find any info, we have a 1998 Sundancer 330 and I am looking to replace the mirror in the head as it is broken and not sure exactly how to remove it from the wall without damaging the fiberglass. If anyone has some advice or tips it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Might be access to some attachment / fastener behind the breaker panel on the opposite side. You would have to remover the breaker panel to gain access...

On many surface mount mirrors like that, it his hinged at the top for the primary securement. The lower edge will then use a heavy duty, Velcro type attachment. Try gently prying the bottom edge away a bit at a time. And/or what was mentioned above.

Hi Lazy Daze, thank you for your reply and advice, I will look at that and give it a try.

It might be secured with doubled faced tape. The mirror repair can be done by a glass shop with a new mirror made of thin plastic adhered over the old broken glass. I did that with my 30 foot weekender and the repair was invisible.

Hi guys, just an update for anyone that may be interested, the bolts to the mirror are definitely behind the breaker panel as per @rumrunners's advice, however I can only get to two of the nuts the other two are way back nearer to the outer hull skin which without cutting away the interior or removing all the wiring to get to them they are impossible to get to. I am going to try and unscrew the screws around the frame and try to remove & replace the mirror that way.
