Sunbrella Bimini Wrinkles

Just curious on this...we put up our bimini today and it was quite wrinkled. Will the wrinkles eventually flatten out with routine use, or do people actually iron the canvas out?

They will definitely flatten themselves out. As the bimini heats up from the sun and gets exposed to rain, etc. the wrinkles will come out.

Exactly the answer I wanted to hear. After 37 years, I still cant iron wrinkles out of khaki pants! Thanks much.

Never apply high heat such as as a hot iron or a dryer to Sunbrella. It will shrink.
