Sun Stream lift

My Sun Stream SL6012 ARS boat lift battery is plugged into an AC charger (slip electric line). Not charging. Is there a better or cheaper alternative to the Sun Stream AC charger.

What kind of battery is it? The battery doesn't care what brand the charger is - as long as it provides the correct charge format. I have no idea what a Sun Stream charger is.
