Sump help

In my 2012 240 DA, under the stairs under the trashcan
in the ac and shower sump box it was filled with pink water and some sort of pump was running even though battery was off. I heard the noise yeaterday but just noticed water today. Ive sucked all the water out. Now what? Fyi, i washed the boat yesterday and filled it with water and then ran both sinks a little bit. Help.

The water is pink from Rv antifreeze . That water is from shower drain and if your boat has a c. There's a bilge pump in that sump box with auto float to kick water overboard. I'd check for blockage in hull fitting if pump is running and water isn't going no where.

Bilge pumps will usually still operate even with the battery switches off as a safety feature.

You will need to clean that box out every now & then, especially if you take alot of showers. It gets scummy-grimy in there and will end up stopping up the shower drain. And don't ask me how I know.
