Yesterday, we had a couple of intense thunderstorms pass us by. We were lucky and didn't have to button up while anchored out on the river enjoying a great summer holiday Monday (for us North-siders). These storms can spring up quickly, and I'm glad to have Sirius Weather running on my boat to track these things. One advisory yesterday warned of 2" hail in Southern Lake Erie... that wouldn't be good for the canvas, glass, or gelcoat!
