Such thing as a steering column extention?

I find that I am hunched over and reaching forward for the steering wheel. The seat is all the way down and slide pretty far forward. my steering has tilt but I don't think it will extend. Is there such a thing as an extension for the steering column? Anyone else experience this?

Depends on what brand you have.
Teleflex has this one which extends a bit, and tilts as well:
