Stuff the bank left behind!!!

I'm not buying this story! I think he wants to get on here and bash BOA for some reason.

Was a 454 with a BIII even an option for the 200 sport? something doesn't smell right!

A mere 2 payments. Mr. Repo said he used to do about 8 a month but is now doing more like 8 a week. Plus the banks usually have him hold onto the items for a 2 week negotiation period but now has them shipped to auction sites within a few days.
Just a sign of the times.
Did you repower that boat with the 454 B3? What did that cost you?

Wish2fish beat me to it.

What a great catch W2F! The SR brochure lists the 5.0L/Alpha 1 as the largest available engine option. I haven't been following this thread as I am embarrassed for the original poster - he didn't make the payments and the bank took back their collateral, end of story.

I call BS.....or as they say 'Mierda del toro'!

First off, the B3 was not an option for the 200 sport. The largest motor offered was the 5.0L 260 HP.

Maybe the bank told him it had a BIII and a 454 when he bought it.

The engine info in the profile actually says "drives"...maybe he has TWO on the 200 sport?!

Probably the easy way out now is to declare bankruptcy and start all over
Don't forget that whatever deficiencies are forgiven through short sale or bankruptcy will likely turn into a tax obligation. No free lunch either way.

his email is @gdeb.com . That is General Dynamics Electric Boats, a division of General Dynamics. Likely has still has a job using that email address.

And if he gets caught using work resources to ***** about how unfair the bank is and they fire him, he'll complain how unfair that is as well.

BINGO ! Game over.

I haven't been following this thread. Great catch on the 454/BIII drives.

Something really stinks with this thread! Who wants to guess what the motive is?

Tired of beating his wife, los his job and ran out of beer money?

What do you tell a girl with 2 black eyes?

Nothing, you already told the Biatch twice!

You guys are great on the power catch. I was gonna suggest to google the HIN, sometimes it shows up. Pat on the back to the sharp eyes. A fantastic bunch of people here, until you mess with them. Take a bow

Still makes for a better story than "I have removable boat parts for sale.......and a drive I was keeping warm in the garage".

HAD a 2005 Sport 200 that BOA just drove away with. They did not even care that all the removable stuff was not back in yet. Such a shame to see these things go to watse.
Clarion M235 face plate and carrying case, carpeting, canvas, bimini and the full set of seats. All like brand new.
Maybe a dealer will take them as a trade in!! Oh yea, I won't get financed any way. Well guys looks like I'll be waving from shore from now on. Life is tuff but now it will be even tuffer without my 200 Sport.

Hmmmmm........ I wonder if he thought that this post would bring inquiries asking him how much he wanted for the stuff? Isn't it odd that he didn't mention that he also had the outdrive on hand in this first post.

And, later on, after it was mentioned that selling collateral was a crime, he said that his attorney told him that since the bank screwed up, it was abandoned property. Isn't it odd that he couldn't pay the two late payments, but, could pay an attorney for advice?

Just sayin'

Oh, and that was his very first post on the board........Hmmmmmmm

I don't want to come across as a cold hearted ass... but...

Why do people blame the bank when they can't make payments? It's utterly absurd.

No one wishes this type of predicament on anyone and frankly it may not be your fault (entirely). But don't blame the bank when they loaned you money and didn't hold a gun to your head to accept it. Grow up.

Getting on CSR and telling the world how you are going to screw the bank over makes some people wish you get what you deserve... Have some ethics.

And here is the best response to this thread. I mean come on now, this is how our economy got this way in the first place. Financial responsibility and I don’t believe anyone would be “a cold hearted ass” for saying if you bought a boat (not a necessity) and later ran into financial problems and could not pay for it, sell it and pay off the bank before they need to take further action.

I know some people (and I’m not bragging about it either) that have lived well beyond their means for years on other peoples money. Well now they have nothing and blame everyone else.
