Sounds like you may need to clean the condenser. Also if there’s a pan below the a/c the water can get pretty nasty. There are tabs for that

You may have more than one condenser? I have two in mine. One in the salon and one in the master berth

Check shower sump. Pour some Pine Sol in shower see if that helps.
