Strange Idle

5.0 EFI in a 2000 215EC

While in idle but under way the RPM will increase about 200 and then drop back to normal. It doesn't do it all the time, however it is starting to become more frequent. Is this a sign that the IAC is going south?

Ditto with my 7.4's - different engine, but same vintage. Whatever causes it (IAC or whatever) is likely a common component in the Merc line.
