Still no idea!!

Have you pulled the drain? It might need to be resealed.

Or, there could be a crack in the drain line. Try pouring a lot of water directly into the middle of the drain making sure none splashes around the edge.

Is there a carpeted panel below the head door? That can be removed easily - just have to find the screws that are buried in the carpet. This would give you access to the drain and you might be able to see what's going on.

Thanks for the reply..
I haven't done anything because I wasn't sure how to access the drain.
yes, there is a carpeted area and that is what's wet...directly on the opposite side of the drain

my shower drains into the mid locker, there is a 4" tube that the water goes in from the shower drain into the locker. Perhaps the tube on yours (if you have one) is cracked/ damaged/ etc??

Have you checked the sump box? Does it fill with water and pump out overboard?
It was under the step at the cabin door on the 270 I had.

My sump box is under the aft cabin bed... hidden...

As for the drain tube, the shower floor comes out on mine, and the tube is barely long enough to make it to the locker.

The sump box is under the aft bed. Found it, pump works...HOWEVER...I poured water into the box, NOT the shower. I wanted to make sure the pump worked before I went any further. I did see that there is a hole into the box that looks like it comes from the head area....I just wasn't sure how to get to the hose/pipe...whatever it is to see what the problem is

How are you making out?

Well I did some heavy duty cleaning on Sunday and noticed that the caulk is worn down right in front of the drain. I'm going to have the captain fix it and PRAY that does the job before I start digging around for screws!!
Thanks for the help and I'll let you know!

Good - hope it works out.

Don't stress about finding the screws. It'll probably take you all of 5 minutes to find them and remove the panel. Pretty easy. Just feel around for the heads - start in the corners.

Good Idea, post the same thing in about three different places.
