Steering Wheel Hub Removal

Does anyone know how to remove this type of steering wheel hub? I bought a new steering wheel and was surprised to see this when I took the old one off. The new wheel will fit the keyed shaft but this hub won't budge.

When I changed mine out on my 260DA, it did not look like yours, but I used some penetrating oil around the shaft and a gear puller to carefully remove it. Once I got it started, it came right off.
