I went online to buy a steering cable for my 2002 Sea ray 230 signature bow rider. I'm having a hard time choosing between the Teleflex SSC134 and SSC154 series of cables. From what I read the SSC154 is the premium. Any thoughts on that. My current cable reads SSC13417. I don't mind upgrading if it's worth it. Also the way my boat is who knows if that is the correct length. Even though a 17' cable was in the boat who knows if it's correct. I question the length because the previous owner did a bunch of crazy things. How would I find out for sure if that's the correct length before I buy a new cable...
