Sounds like the carburator choke needs to be adjusted so it engages more. You could also try "pumping" the throttle lever about five times before the initial cranking and then start it with about 5% throttle. If this works better, then you definitely need to adjust the choke to close a little more.

A little more info on the 'long time to start' issue would be helpful. You've told us what you've done but very little on the actual symptoms. I'm guessing that it actually cranks but you are not getting ignition but that's just a guess based on what you replaced. Can you tell us the reason(s) that led you to replace those parts? Does it even sound like it is missing or does it just crank over and nothing else before it eventually starts? Just from what you've replaced and the limited info, it looks like you are not getting fuel. Without more info, I'd look at fuel pump and the carb.

well there is gas getting to the carb. it cranks like it want to start but nothing . we just replaced those parts because it hasnt been done for some time.

+1 for the choke

Is it electronic? might need a new choke coil if it is. Sounds like it from your symptoms.

The coil streches out and takes longer to heat up and expand to open the choke. Would make sense if it fires up after multiple tries.
