Starter Replacement

I have a 2009 Sundancer 330 with 496mags.
Starboard starter is starting to go and I need to replace it.
Looks really tight to get at the starter.
Can this be done with out removing the motor?

1st question and confirming... inboard V drive? Definitely should be able to do in less than 4 hours. If you have I/o you going to need someone very flexible with long strong arms to reach the starter mounting bolts and then hold to hold the starter in place while starting the re-mount process. If I/o’ I’d pull the o/d, lift the engine (4 bolts and approx 6 electric. Connectors) and do the starter. BUT, first shake all wires and verify that your problem is the starter and not a connection.
