my starboard tank always reads empty, need to replace the sending union but can figure out where the access point it. 2004 300 DA , any photo or video would be great.

Are you sure it's te sending unit and not the gauge?
I recently had a problem and presumed it was the sending unit but it was the gauge, easier to swap gauges to see if the readings are the same than buying a sending unit if that's not it.

Garmin and regular gauge both showing empty

Will do but still would like to find access to starboard tank sending unit
It's right on top of the tank easily accessible from the engine room. Port side is a lot trickier to get out. I put the formula for removing that side somewhere in the 300 Sundancer Questions thread around 2011-2012

Found your thread, can’t find Royce sender anywhere but will keep looking

The Royce sender turned out to have reliability issues. I sold my boat not to long after I installed them so I didn't run into the issues. But I know several people that did.

Might be other puck style Manufacturers out there. Try searching the web.
