starboard engine stalls when throttleing down

i have a 35 searay with twin 454, when running and i throttle down from cruising speed she will stall. the circuit breaker pops and it is hard to start it will start and there are times it will stall again or it will be fine and it only does it once in awile. is there any body with any kind of info it will be appreciated thanks
