Hi, when I am running.. port battery is at 13.7 and starboard at 12.5...starboard doesn't drop, it stays at 12.3 to 12.5. I put meter on alternator and it was reading 12.5. What could this be? Batteries are 2 yrs old AGM

Not sure of your location but a lot of cities have shops that rebuild them for short money

I have the boat in bahamas and was going to fly back to FL for a couple days for work and thought it would be easier to just bring one back with me

I'd say get the old one off first.
