stainless upgrade ??

I have an '08 195 Sport and would like to make some small cosmetic changes. Has anyone replaced the cup holders, the grab handles or the speaker covers to the stainless options? If so, was it difficult, expensive and where do you get the parts? I love the way the Select series looks, but was not in a position to pay the extra for a new one.

You should be able to buy most of that stuff through your local dealer. I know of one guy in Calf that replaced his cup holders and said it was a fairly simple process. I don't know about the grab handles, unless you can reach under the seats and get to the backing plate and nuts without having to cut fiberglass. A lot of that kind of stuff is done prior to the top of the boat being sealed to the bottom of the boat.

I looked at changing out my cleats to the sea ray logo ones several years back and the labor cost by the marina was just way too expensive at that time. Might reconsider this year though. 6 stainless sea ray cleats have been sitting in my closet now for 5 years. :huh:
