I was looking around for a Plow style anchor and found this site, selling a 33LB stainless steel Plow Anchor for $289.

From what I've seen shopping this is very good. Of course the one I want is sold out until April, but there is a ton of other stainless hardware on there if any of you have been looking for.

I just thought I'd share it. Downside is that it looks like their sale ends today.

I just bought some 8 canvas pins with lanyards and 4 bases with lanyards.
All for $40. Not too bad.

Excellent find, Todd -- thanks! I ordered the pins and lanyards, too. I'd love to put cleats on the transom to make crossing the stern lines easier, but I'm afraid there wouldn't be enough strength or support behind the transom.

Thanks so much. Just ordered four flush-mount rod holders. The site doesn't indicate the grade, but at $15.89 each, free shipping, no taxes, and returnable within a year, I couldn't pass up the opportunity. West Marine has what appears to be a comparable rod holder for around $87.99.

Just bought 2 of those rod holders great price now all i have to do is drill the hole on the right angle.

Doug is correct for those that missed yesterday's deadline, it appears that's not really true, It's a good prompter to "Order Now" as it got me but I'm happy I got it in anyway. It's great prices on this stuff and either way.

Anyway today their Sale ends 3-25, until probably the 26th then it'll be the 29th?:huh:

I just received the canvas parts I ordered from http://marinepartdepot.com/anchor.html
They took a little longer than they mentioned. I called and the guy said he'd send some extras, which he did.
Anyway,I have been watching them for awhile and they have been sold out of the 15lb stainless plow anchor. Today they are there and ready for order.

Now I need to figure out if I should use 15 or 22lbs.
