Spotlight/windlass question

Both the spotlight ( light and motor) and bow windlass foot switches stopped working . The cockpit switch operates the windlass normally.

i believe it is a fuse issue but can't find the fuse locations.

Does the EIM serve as a breaker or fuse location? What do the white rubber covered buttons on the EIM do ? How do you change these fuses in the EIM ?

My boat has a fuse for the windlass foot switches in the anchor locker. When it blows the windlass will still operate from the helm but the foot switches are dead.
Not the same but or year but its worth having a look there.
