split sliding cockpit door??

the cockpit door on our new 310 dancer is hard to open and close. it will slide a little then :smt100jam up.

gary is going to give the tracks a good cleaning and try to take the doors off:smt021 and check the rollers in each half.

i was just wondering if this is a common problem with a easy fix.

was able to remove both doors and the tracks.

the little rollers were broken off the the bottom of the trollies and further jamming the tracks.

out of the eight roller assembly s only 3 were intact and 3 were completely broken.
gerry was able to find address here and get them online for $35 which included shipping. this was still better than the local sea ray dealer we priced, as they wanted $800 to $1000 for the eight and were showing them as back ordered and not available at this time.
