While I had my B3 drive tilted up to install the large flat zinc at the front of the drive, I noticed some drive lube in that area. Upon further investigation, I found it was weeping out where the speedo cable is inserted into the drive. Common? The cable and plastic fitting were there and it seemed snug in the hole.
