Who if anyone makes or sells caps or covers used for covering a speaker cut out? My Arch has 4 caps that are off white and look ugly on the white. I'd like to replace them vs. painting.

Other than through a dealer, I'm not sure where to get them. I sincerely doubt it's a part made by SR, so it could be available other places.

You don't mention the year of your boat in your signature, but with the 7.4's I'll guess it's about 10 years old? The reason being, the newer boats still use the same things - actually just an access hole cover plate.

You could use 1/4" Starboard. Not sure if it'd be aesthetically pleasing, or not.

The "spray paint for plastic" that you can buy at home improvement stores actually works quite well.

I have a '97 and what I did instead of paint them is swap them out with the "hidden" covers.
There is one under the sink in the cockpit, one by the port fold down step, Starboard by water faucet and starboard corner of seat behind the helm. All these covers were not yellowed like the ones on the arch. It was a simple fix to an ugly problem!

You can make new covers out of 1/4" thick KingStarboard. With a little router roundover on the edge and a bit of edge polishing, they'll look perfect. We make these type of covers and access plates frequently.

But, it's much easier to recondition the original covers. Clean them well and pretreat them with 'Vinyl Prep'. Spray on several coats of automotive SEM dye. The DYE adheres very well to polymers and has excellent UV stability so they won't yellow again over time. We also use this technique to restore yellowed hailers and such.

Also, automotive dyes are available in a variety of different whites so you can get a close match.

You can get everything you need at a local autobody and paint supply house.
