I have twin 8.1's and am needing to change the spark plugs. The manual calls for Denso's but they are hard to locate and was curious to what others are running, thanks

haha...sorry I never did changed my information in fear I might get booted off. I sold the 280 earlier this year and upgraded to a 3870 Cruisers Yachsts Express but I still frequent this site as the responses and info is superior than the Cruisers Owner's Forum.

Honestly who cares. At the end of the day we're all boaters. You had a SR and moved up to another quality brand. Now a Bayliner would get you banned for life.

We have friends with a 3870. Nice boat. Watch out for the kids turning on the macerator pump if you leave that sea cock closed!

Thanks fellow boaters...I sure did hate selling the 280 but it was time for an upgrade. We shopped for awhile and concentrated mainly on the 370DA and the Cruisers 3870 and found a great deal on repossession 03' 3870 with a hardtop....got it for a great deal and we are in love with it. I miss the Sea Ray lines but thus far we are happy with the 3870. I appreciate ya'll letting me lurk and share experiences.....I have learned a lot from this site
