SP 18 U-Line Icemaker repair

When I had to fix mine, I just sent them a line and they were so kind to send me back their service manual. It was then easy to find what was going wrong and to order the replacement part I needed :wink:

Sent it to whom? Uline? My ice maker and my full refrigerator aren't working. Any advice on what to do. Frig light is on but not cooling. Ice maker still not sure what is wrong with it.

Yes, to U-Line. Following the troubleshooting guide you should be able to understand what's going wrong in your ice-maker.

There is a lot of information about U-Line repairs on the Boater Ed board. There is a sticky all about it.

I pulled ours looking for a leak. Was a little bit of a bear but got it out. These things are pretty simple. Just a water line coming in and a compressor to freeze it. I changed the water valve on ours and reassembled everything.
NOTE TO EVERYONE! Replace the plastic supply line while your right there-Ask me how I know. Ours must have had a hairline crack causing the leak and found that out after everything was put back together. Yup the 2 dollar part causing the biggest headache again.

Use a ZERO for the O of what you're trying to type and it should work. They do the same with B0ATF!X.COM
