source for propellers 22x23

Hi everyone, my 400 sedan bridge came with 22x24 propellers. With full tanks of fuel and water plus food, drinks, ice, 7 people, etc... I could hardly reach 2,600 rpm wot. I am thinking of getting 22x23 props instead. Do you think it is wise? We always use the boat loaded because we don't have marinas or fuel docks around here.

Where is the best source for good quality props? Thanks.
