I need a replacement engine hatch lift actuator. MarineMax has informed that the engine hatch lift actuator is no longer from Sea Ray - Part Number: 1766064 ACTUATOR, ELEC HATCH 18”12V INLIN QUIETR.
Several on this forum has recommended actuators, however, when I checked none were Coast Guard approved and did not have ignition protection.
I attempted to contact Acculift, the OEM supplier, several times with no success.
Warner Linear is now Thomson Linear. Thomson said that they make an actuator, K2G20-12VM-BR-18, with ignition protection, the cost is $626.69 each and has a lead time of 24 weeks.
LENCO MARINE makes hatch lifts that are ignition protected but they are different in style than the OEM actuator and does not list one that has a 18-inch stroke. Lenco Electric Hatch Lift - 12-Volt - 33"-53" L.O.A (lencomarine.com) Not sure if the Lenco Marine would work on a 2011 Sea Ray 350. Does anyone have a experience using the Lenco Marine hatch lift or know who makes an actuator that is ignition protected a for Sea Ray.
