I have a 1989 160 br that has soft spots in the floor. Any advise on repairing or replaceing the floor?

Yes we can. Not trying to be sarcastic but the answer really is, pull it up and replace it. You may core them with a hole saw to see if they can be dried out but I doubt it. Take a photo. Use a editing tool and circle the soft areas and we can give you some options about how to proceed. It's not that big of a deal. How ever, if you've never done it before it can look overwhelming, but it's not really.

That is a plywood floor. Expect to find more rot than is "presenting" with the soft spot. Hope it has not involved stringers. Remove carpet & start cutting out rotted wood. Search the site. There are some great threads with pics regarding this.
