Smartcraft scanner near 20657

[Good Grief]

I have a friend w/ an 02-340DA. Yesterday the port motor would not turn over. Prior to this, he had a problem w/ the engine jumping speed ~200 RPM. Someone had suggested he had a fuel injector stuck open. His boat has Horizon 8.1s motors. Is there anyone in the area with a smartcraft scan tool that is willing to loan it out? He ordered one but wont be here for a week.
