SmartCraft "Paddle Alarm"

2005-340 Sundancer--I bought the boat new and ever since new I have been getting a "Paddle Alarm" when I go over approx 2800rpm. Alarm does not clear until I shut engines down. The SmartCraft settings are set @
Pitot Sensor----100 PSI
Pitot Multiiplier--1.0
Paddle Freq-----4.90Hz/MI
Transition SPD--25.0 MPH
Trans SPD TOL--10.0 MPH
Does anyone have any ideas of what I need to do or change???? Thanks

what electronic equipment do you have? Reason for asking, my paddle wheel sensor was disconnected when my C80 was installed, a new depth finder transducer was installed & the PW circuit was used to send data to C80 & SC.

The electroics are a factory installed Raymarine C80, Smartcraft and VHF radio.

If you have GPS ignore it, it's what I do. It comes and goes during the season, on haul out last year the paddle seemed fine so I just rely on the GPS.
