:smt100 We purchased a 2007 340 this past winter and with gas prices the way they are I thought I would check how much fuel was left on the boat from the previous owner. So....I switched on the batteries, turned on both ignition keys and ignitions switches and powered up the smartcraft display. It seemed to power up just fine. Here comes the rookie question, it is not showing the fuel in either the "tank" display or the fuel remaining portion of the display. It displays "--" for almost all the screens except the steering. For example, the tanks show "empty", the run-time displays as "stbd run-time --hr --min. Am I missing something simple? What have I not turned on? Thanks as always...

It might need a RESET or a Re-Calibration! If you have the Smart Craft Manual follow the instructions for Calibrating. If not Google Smart Craft and they will have the manuals you need ! Hope this helps!
Or You Have No Fuel!!!! :smt101:smt101:smt101

It's the blue cable, and there will be two of them, one for each engine.
You were right on the $$$. Thanks again Scott!!! I have a large number of cold beverages for you if your ever in the area!

Sad part...30 gallons in the tanks....UGH.. :)
