Small Cracks - Big Issue to Repair, or Nothing to Worry About?

I have a new-to-me 2002 Sea Ray 200 Select BR.

There are some small cracks in the fiberglass below the windscreen and in that ledge in front of the windscreen, where it shoulders down towards the bow seat cushions.

Is this something that needs to be repaired? Is there some way to stop these cracks?

Or is this no big deal and ignore them?
