slow hot water?

My guess is that you have a blockage somewhere or your hot water heater isn’t getting pressurized from the pump. I would start at the intake to the hot water heater. Disconnect the hose going to it and see if it is pressurized, if it is, reconnect it and then disconnect the house coming out of the hot water heater and see if that is pressurized. If everything is fine you can start working from there back to your faucets to find the blockage.

There is a restrictor on the cold water inlet side of the water heater. Disconnect the cold water connection and look inside the fitting, it's probably plugged.

there should be check valve inside fitting to prevent hot water mixing back to cold water lines.
check valve is possibly bad and should be replaced.
