Barry, It doesn't matter as long as they have power.
Chad, I have called Los Olas since last Thursday and they haven't returned my calls. They were the first ones I thought of as their rates go down in the summer. Plus it's an easy crawl to the Elbow room.

Tom - we're all doing Lucaya on 8/6 - 8/10. Can you join us?
Jack - how often will you and your family be able to get over here? Can we start planning some trip?
Randy
we would love for you to join us. Are you going with the "Fling" group? Wish we could go.
Randy
Tom,Probably not what you want to hear but if it's only for a few months I'd pay the extra tariff and go to either Las Olas marina or Bahia Mar. That way you can walk to a bunch of places for dinner, you can stay on your boat and your boat will be secure. Both places are minutes out to the Port Everglades cut. If it's behind a house it feels odd parking there and it's awkward if you stay on the boat if that's even allowed. Not to mention somebody jacking with the power or whatever when you're gone. Further, with a boat your size you really should put a diver in the water to survey the bottom and make sure you've got enough depth at very low tide.
I'm very close to Bahia and the Las Olas Marina. I go by them several times per week and if you want me to check on your boat if it's there I will. Good Luck. Tom
Tom,
I have stayed at Los Olas before and I like the location. I just can't get them to call me back. I think that is probably where I'll end up.
By the way are you wakeboard or skier. I have a 2000 Ski Natique and ski the course @ 22 off.
Jack
I'm a skier and you're a heck of a lot better than I am. 15' off at 34 was as good as it got. I got my bell rung so hard so many times doing that.
Do you want me to stop by the marina tomorrow and ask WTF? It's only about 500 yds from my house. I just drove by there and it looks about 1/2 full. Tom
I would appreciate that. I have been leaving messages since last Thursday. I can't figure out what's going on. I was told the City had something to do with it no wonder it's Screwed up.
As for the skiing we'll have to get together and grip it and rip it.

Thanks for checking into it for me. I will still be looking around as I don't need it for a while. Los Olas is my go to Marina if I can't find a better deal.
