Slight Oil Leak - 4.3 Mercruiser

Hi All,
I have a 2005 280 sundancer with twin 4.3’s. I just launched this past week and noticed a slight oil leak near the front stbd side of my stbd engine.
Other than also having a bad IAC valve (which I just replaced) the engine runs fine.

the oil only leaks when under load. It won’t leak when idling or off.

I also noticed water dripping in the same exact spot (not sure if it’s related or two separate issues).

I’ve tried looking all around the engine and can’t really tell where it’s coming from. Any ideas from anyone here based on the location? See pics. Thanks!

Are you saying it's "oil" because you see a black color? Or have youfelt it/ID'd it as oil? From the pictures, it looks more like dirty water. Dry everything off and clean everything off in the vicinity. Then observe closely and you should be able to find the source. With the info given there's really no way to pinpoint the source - you really just have to up close and personal.

I'm saying it's your seawater pump seal failing. Either rebuild or replace the pump.
