I have a 99 290DA and need advise on what to do when having to walk up to the bow. Example being to go up to work the anchor or just to lay out on the front of the boat, its ok if its dry but a little bit of water and off you go into the lake. What can I put on the topside to keep from sliding off or busting my butt again? I know I should wear shoes but not even sure what shoes I should wear. All help is appreciated thanks in advance for your advise.

I wear these on my boat only. They are awesome and very comfy. They are made so the water or sand runs out the bottom. Have great gripping power on sole. If wife is going to the bow i use a suction cup handle on the glass. Heydude.com they are the mistral style
