First generation Axius is troublesome. If you have tried deenergizing all of the batteries and restarting the engines then there may be a hardware failure in the heading compass or wheel position sensor.

Some things to try.... Check for corrosion and reseat the connections to the compass and joystick & pad at the helm. MAKE SURE your batteries are not beginning to fail, Axius requires A LOT of voltage to work properly (you should have four fully charged group 31 AGM batteries on that boat). If batteries are good sometimes turning the wheel to full port then full starboard can reset the sensor limits. And finally make sure there are no magnetic or metallic objects or any wiring near the compass, that will cause the system to throw an error. If you have had any recent work done on the system, added any electronics, or packed the boat with any items near the compass, then the above suggestions may work for you.
