Ski Tower for 2005 205 Sport

Looking to get a ski tower for our boat, the tow hook is obviously too low and is always in the wake. Looking for advice on best option we want one that has bimini and wakeboard hooks.

How difficult is to install, how easy is the access for the mounts etc. any/all advice/pictures welcomed.

Try Xtreme and Monster. I don't believe, in your model year, the reinforcement is already there (later models had it built in). But if the tower doesn't have the same footprint as the OEM tower, it doesn't matter. Regardless, it's pretty easy to add the reinforcement on that boat. Pretty straight forward install... hang it, mark it, drill it, bolt it. You may need a longer stern light... or, ideally, get a tower with a light built in and just run the wire to it.

But... the rope shouldn't be in the wake and the line pull should be pretty much straight/level with that boat (or at least close enough as makes no difference for general use). You may be running with the bow too high if that's what's happening - trim down and, if needed, add a tad more speed.
