Did Anybody here carry skisafe as there insurance provider? There rates are very competitive, have the option to ad on machinery coverage And have pretty good deductibles. I can't really get a straight answer about there agreed apon value tho. It states that the agreed apon number is subject to survey results. This is fine I understand that. But then it says agreed apon value is only good for 2 years then depreciation value is assigned. Did this mean I need to survey every 2 years? .

See Peter Rocco’s thread in same forum on Skisafe titled
Insurance Company Engine Value and Labor Time
This may shed some light on this company for you. Try Chubb Marine Ins. Ask for select policy.

Thank you I'll look now.. what is select policy?

Basically no depreciation on parts that are damaged in an event. Similar to a replacement cost type policy.

Do they offer yacht policies? Not boat insurance?

They do covered named storms on my quote but deductible was8400 for a named storm claim and 3%for non named storm claims

I have had SkiSafe for many years. My policy states: "The Windstorm Deductible Applicable to Part D: Property Damage is Three Times (3x) the Standard Deductible Applicable to Part D: Property Damage at the time of loss and is not waived in a total loss". So, I guess that is based on your deductible.

They used to underwrite the GEICO boating policies years ago and that was how I found them.
