Ski Locker Floor/Wall Issue?

Looking at buying a 2006 240SD, surveyor looked at it and pointed out some areas where the gelcoat has chipped away, and the fiberglass looks to be damaged. Trying to understand how concerned I should be about this, and what the level of repair would be?

This is in the ski locker, port side, basically right under the head door.

Did he also take some moisture readings in the area?

Where that's located it could be a pretty easy DIY fix. I'd want to know that area is dry though...
