Sirius won't play from cockpit speakers

Just got an amberjack 270. It has a clarion stereo with separate amp. I just figured out how to set the lpf to get cockpit speakers to work. Problem. Only am fm stereo plays through the cockpit speakers The display says stereo. But cd and Sirius won't play in those speakers. Those are not coming in stereo mode Help.

Do you have a separate CD player, or one in the head unit. If separate push the function button on head unit until unit says CD or Sirius.
