Signature

I've been viewing threads on several forums and notice that many of you have created a sort of I.D. and was wondering how one creates the "signature" at the end of the posted response or thread which identifies the type of boat you own. Also appears to allow for a picture.

Would appreciated if you could direct me to the section which will allow me to do this.
